Track Record
Fifteen projects. Four continents. Measurable results every time.
Our work spans conceptual studies to full EPC management, for operators ranging from mid-sized independents to majors including BP and Rosneft.
Andrew (AAD) Rewheel Study
Existing reliability issues and a planned satellite field tie-in required a fundamental reassessment of the main compression train, including full rewheel specification and technical assurance.
Andrew (AAD) Rewheel Technical Assurance
Following the rewheel study, Eta provided Owner Engineer technical assurance throughout the design, manufacture, and FAT stages to protect BP's interests with the OEM.
Magnus System Improvement Study
Persistent reliability issues and concerns about the system's suitability for future operational demands required independent assessment and an actionable improvement roadmap.
Wellhead Compression EPC PMC
Declining Cashiriari reservoir pressures required a third compression train in a remote, biodiversity-sensitive environment with significant multiphase flow challenges. Eta acted as Owner Engineer throughout EPC execution.
Wellhead Compression PMC 2021
Project management consultancy and technical assurance support for compression project at the Cashiriari field, covering procurement, vendor management, and commissioning support.
Turbocompressor Special Studies
Lower than expected wellhead pressures required assessment of reheeled compressors' capability to meet production targets. Third-party commercial relationships depended on accurate shaft power calculations.
Pagoreni Rewheel Technical Assurance
Declining Pagoreni reservoir pressures required rewheeling of two compression trains. Eta provided independent technical assurance across both trains from design through to FAT.
Rospan IAM & Conceptual Design
Inaccurate integrated asset models taking one week per simulation run were blocking field development decisions. Eta rebuilt the model and delivered a validated conceptual design for optimal field development.
Camisea Wellhead Compression — Conceptual Study
Fields in a remote, biodiversity-sensitive Amazon location required a compression strategy that avoided distributed wellhead installations. Multiphase gas and condensate flow presented additional flow assurance complexity.
Downhole Compression Technology Review
A client operating in areas of significant biodiversity needed an independent assessment of downhole compression technology as an alternative to surface wellhead compression — including technical maturity, cost, and risk evaluation.
Injection Enhancement Phase 2 Feasibility
The driver was maximising the injection capacity of the storage facility to improve project economics. Eta assessed technical options and defined a viable enhancement concept with cost and schedule estimates.
Hatfield West Gas Storage Development
Assessment of options to increase the injection and storage capacity of the Hatfield West facility, with the objective of improving overall project economics and commercial flexibility.
ENAR Conceptual Compression Study
Declining reservoir pressures required a rigorous conceptual study to define the optimal compression strategy, covering technology selection, sizing, and phased implementation planning.
